The Event was filled with enthusiasm as the Students transformed simple ingredients into delicious and beautifully presented dishes. From innovative recipes to thoughtful presentation, every creation reflected the Students’ confidence, originality and passion for food. The Competition was not only a celebration of cooking but also a wonderful learning experience that encouraged creativity, teamwork and the joy of creating something special. The Competition was judged by our School Director, Mrs. V. R. Gardner, who appreciated the Students’ efforts and commended their talent and creativity. The dishes were presented with great attention to detail, with the Students demonstrating a keen understanding of excellence in taste, flavour and presentation. The starters offered an impressive variety, including Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Hara Bhara Kebabs and Cheese Corn Cigar Rolls, each reflecting creativity and careful preparation. The main course was a delightful riot of flavours and textures.
