St. Jude's School proudly congratulates Alankrita Sharma of Class 12 Commerce A for Winning the Founder's Forge Contest at the 11th Negotiium Agon, an Inter-School Business Simulation Competition hosted by Wynberg Allen School, Mussoorie, on 25th July 2026. Competing against some of the brightest young minds from across the country, Alankrita impressed the Judges with her exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, financial insight, creativity and leadership skills. Her outstanding achievement is a reflection not only of her dedication and talent but also of St. Jude's School's unwavering commitment to nurturing future-ready leaders. The Competition challenged participants through Five rigorous rounds designed to simulate real-world business scenarios. It began with The Private Auction, which tested strategic thinking, capital allocation, and decision-making under uncertainty. This was followed by The Evaluation Council, where participants analysed business strategies, applied sound financial logic, and evaluated the scalability of business ideas. In The Brand Battle, competitors showcased their creativity, storytelling abilities, and skills in effectively communicating a brand to the market. The Crisis Blitz examined adaptability, resilience, and quick decision-making while navigating challenging business crises. The competition culminated in The Phoenix Pitch, the final and most demanding round, where participants demonstrated business recovery strategies, repositioning techniques, persuasive communication, investment readiness, and pitching excellence before a distinguished panel of Judges. Alankrita's remarkable performance across all these challenging rounds is a testament to her dedication, confidence, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit. Her success stands as an inspiration to her peers and highlights the importance of perseverance, innovation, and excellence. Equally commendable were the enthusiastic efforts of the other members of the St. Jude's School team—Arjit Solanki (Class 12 Science C), Ayushi Panwar (Class 12 Commerce B), Varnika Dandriyal (Class 12 Commerce A), Kanishka Chauhan (Class 11 Science C), and Umra Rao (Class 11 Science C)—who represented the School with confidence, commitment, and exemplary team spirit. Their participation in such a highly competitive event provided invaluable learning experiences, practical business exposure, and opportunities to strengthen their critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. They returned with enriched perspectives, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of the world of business—an achievement that will undoubtedly contribute to their future success. We applaud their dedication and commend them for being outstanding ambassadors of St. Jude's School. Heartiest congratulations to our young achievers on this well-deserved success! We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Teachers and Parents whose constant encouragement, guidance, and support played a significant role in this accomplishment. We wish Alankrita and the entire team many more milestones and continued success in all their future endeavours. "Success is where preparation meets opportunity, and today our students have proved that excellence knows no limits."
